Bacne.. please help😩

So in about a month I have to go to a very important award show for my sister and I have to wear a dress that has almost my entire back exposed. Unfortunately for me I suffer it’s bacne on my shoulders, Caller bone, neck, and shoulder blades. I really need to clear it up and I’m desperate for help. I’ve tried witch hazel but I need something more for this. If you know anything please help👍
