Has anyone’s babies skipped the crawling stage and ended up walking ok?

I’ve had 3 kids. Both rolled and crawled and walked on time. This little angel can sit and is perfectly intelligent in every way but at nearly 9 months refuses to crawl and hates tummy time! Has anyone had experience in a baby that just missed crawling and went to walking instead?!

My nephew never crawled.  Rolled where he wanted to go and started waking just after a year.

My nephew never crawled and started walking at 11 months. His sister seems to be following in his footsteps. She's 11 months old, stands and takes steps (when holding on to something), but doesn't crawl. And my other nephew is almost a year old and doesn't crawl or walk yet.

My friends baby did this! She is a string little thing. Cold hold her own head right after birth and was standing while holding things around 3 or 4 months. Now she's a year and acts likes she's 2+!

My daughter rolled to get to places, them furniture surfed around 8 m and walking independently before her first birthday. Crawling isn’t an actual milestone. Most babies do crawl though.

I never crawled and started walking at 11 months. My LO army crawled and didn't crawl until 8 months and walked well at 11 months. Crawling isn't a milestone, as long as they find some sort of locomotion (bum scooting, army crawl..ect.) then I wouldn't be concerned at all!!

My friends two sons didn’t crawl at all. They’re 3 years apart, and both completely refused to crawl for a totally unknown reason lol everything else was fine and then around a year both started walking 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ everyone’s different!
