Had a couple weeks of Charli being very sick and it affected her sleep. Now that she is well last couple night she has trouble either staying asleep or just tossing and turning.

We’ve had a rough couple of weeks. Thought it was getting better because two nights ago he only woke up twice but last night he literally woke up every hour from 10:30 to 6:30 this morning..... 😴😴😴

We just started about a week ago, a bit late probably because he’s a preemie.  I didnt think he could sleep worse than he already did but I was wrong.  He used to wake every 1-3 hours but sleepily eat and go right back to sleep.  Now he’s waking every 1-3 hours but staying awake and wanting to play 😫 haven’t slept more than 3 hours a night in a week now 😭
