Spitting clear liquid

So wanted to see if this is normal my baby got his 2 months shots on Wednesday then on Wednesday night he threw up and since yesterday (thursday) he can been spitting saliva(clear liquid) with little bit of his formula. This just started and we can’t take him to the doctor yet because he is still in the process of getting Medi Cal...also he has been does this on and off we burp him to after every bottle and he drinks 4oz(depends on him he could drink 2 or even 3 sometimes 4oz)
