Very heavy period 3 months after c section and tubal ligation

Is it normal to have a very heavy period 3 months after a c-section and getting your tubes tied? Does anybody know I'm soaking through super plus tampons and flex foam pads (not soon after but a few hours after replacing) I know my period Was very heavy after I had my c-section in the beginning but this is my second actual menstrual cycle and it's extremely heavy I'm also having pain in my right ovary and lower right back pain which is usually normal around the time of aunt flow, but I have my tubes tied so I don't know if it's normal I know I should call my doctor but I'm not having any other symptoms so I'm not too worried just curious no judgment please thank you
