Am I being paranoid?

I’m 21 years old almost 22. I was in a long relationship and since we broke up I took some time to myself. I’m on an internship and I matched on tinder with a guy from the internship and I really want to meet him but he always works until 10/11 pm. I feel a little nervous going out that late especially alone with a guy I haven’t met. I’m new to dating especially at an age where guys want to go to a bar. Just not sure if I’m being too cautious or what to say to him. I already changed plans a few times on him because it’s late at night and I get nervous.
