What would you do?

Hi ladies so my husband was getting calls from our neighbor, she first called him private and he didn’t knew who she was then later she contacted him through WhatsApp, he asked where did she get his number and she said she took it from her husbands phone, my hubby then blocked her in WhatsApp but still calls in private, my question is, should I tell her husband? Basically she wants everything with my hubby she doesn’t want me or her husband to find out obviously now I know, my husband doesn’t want anything to do with her, my hubby doesn’t want me to her husband because we are neighbors and he doesn’t want to live in fear that some day he will try to hurt him even tho he didn’t do anything physical with her just he would answer her calls but because his parents when they call are also private due to that they live in another country he answers them all, I already contact the phone company and blocked her from there, obviously she wants what she can’t have but I am tired of her, I don’t want to do anything that will land me in jail but what would you do? My friends told me to expose her on a public group but others told me to leave it alone, some say to tell the her husband but I don’t know what to do, it’s hard since we are neighbors and the chances of her husband believing this is super low, I thought about exposing her number to public places asking for shit so she would get calls, anyways, I need advice maybe someone has being through the same thing as I.
