Should I do it or him???

So....

Me and boyfriend have been active since we started being a committed couple and he brought up the topic if I would like to start using birth control from now on.

Before we used condoms and in case we go past that (unprotected) we use a plan b.

But recently there was an incident where we when 3 rounds and I had to end up using 2 plan b pills on that day (so irresponsible I know lol).

My boyfriend is very protective me even when he knows I can handle myself. Which is why he was very hesitant on me using the second pill. He told he’d never forgive himself if something bad happened to me because of it. In the future when we’re much older (I’m 18 college student and he’s 21) we want to start a family together in the future. We talked about our options and of course I talked about paying for it since I agreed and it’s my body so why not.

He quickly insisted on himself to pay for it. And we never do this but we sorta went back and forth with it one night until he suggested we should leave this debate for another time.

My boyfriend has always paid for everything and givin me everything even when I’m insisted on doing it myself. The only time I paid anything for us is when we first met and I asked him out on date to the movies. I bought the tickets after that he bought everything else from then on.

Should I put my foot down and me pay for it or should I let him pay for it?
