Pain during sex

Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone has experienced the same problem. So I have been getting an jntense pain only on the left side of my lower pelvis during sex and during deep penetration. I have had an US done and a vaginal exam done to check for endometriosis and both were negative. But this leaves me with a whole lot of unanswered questions and still very un pleasurable sex.

My partner is extremely understanding and is working through it with me but I just want to go back to a normal sex lifestyle.

Anyone have a similar experience? Did you get another consult? Or did you just change positions and avoid others?
