Baby relax time

So since day one my baby has been developing wonderfully and I’m beyond grateful. He’s 9m old and doing so much. But the one thing he will not do is sit still lol. You can’t just sit down and hold him he won’t sit down for more than 5 minutes. Is this normal for him to not have a down time of his own where he wants to simmer down? I know he’s still extremely young so I don’t expect it or want him to not be a little busy body, just wondering if he’ll start to be a cuddler and sit till with you for a little while... hahaha
