Just gotta brag

My man is currently in the police academy and he works his ASS off. They are learning fighting techniques right now so two days a week he physically fights the other cadets in his class, they do intense PT, they sit in class for hours and learn various subjects and have crazy hard tests, they do ride alongs on weekends, they do a LOT. Sometimes he works upwards of 60 hours a week. It is so hard and very stressful because they make you feel like you’re going to get kicked out for nothing. But I am so proud of him. His dream is to be a police officer, he has such a heart for serving the city where we were both born and raised. He wants to help people and protect people. This has been his dream almost his entire life and I’m so proud of him for going out there and making his dreams happen! It isn’t easy, he has wanted to give up at times, but he always goes back out there and fights for what he wants. I’m just so proud of him for doing what he loves even when it’s hard! I know he will be a fantastic cop and will serve our city well!

TLDR; I love my man and am proud of him for making his dreams happen!!
