who is wrong here?

my best friend was friends with this girl K. he was always telling her he wasn’t interested in her but they were friends so they could hangout. he also talked about how he doesn’t want kids & prefers safe sex. he was going through a really bad spot & was drinking heavily. he was blackout drunk the night that she came onto him & the next morning he woke up with her in bed & was mortified. now Ks saying she’s pregnant, he doesn’t want anything to do with her or the kid. there’s no proof it’s his yet but she’s trying to say it is. obviously a dna test is needed. he wants to sign his rights over & move on with his life if it is his. she wants him to be involved with her & the kid.

also, she did say that she kept the kid because she thought he’d want it. (yes she said it)

he has been going through this for a few months. i hate her because i’ve seen my best friends life destroyed but her friends all make him seem like a piece of shit.

what can we even do about this?
