33 days late negative test...help

So I'm 33 days late today I have pretty much felt like I'm going to start my period this whole time and nothing, all my tests are negative and the last couple days I have woke up super nauseous I actually threw up every hour one day which was probably just the 24 hour flu or something. yesterday I woke up nauseous with a metallic taste in my mouth that lasted awhile I honestly have no idea what's wrong with me anyone going through something similar or have any suggestions on what might be wrong
