Excessive Pill Spotting

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone has gone through this and could help me out. I’ve been on the pill for over three years and recently I’ve skipped my period for three months in a row, but all of a sudden I’m just constantly bleeding and it’s more than just spotting even though I’m taking the yellow pills every day at the right time. There are days where it stops but then just goes back to bleeding again.
