My lines are seeming to stay the same

I know I’m probably testing too much but honestly thought we were done having kids once we had our twins after multiple losses and struggles but here we are again. I tested Friday afternoon and got a faint positive posted on here and everyone confirmed. My lines haven’t really gotten any darker. I tested last night and this morning with an ovulation test bc I read multiple things about those showing positive first before a pregnancy test for a lot of women if you’re pregnant. Which mine have both been positive. My period is due Tuesday according to the app. I think I’m around 10-11 dpo. I’m going to call my dr in the am for blood work. Not sure if this is the right group to post in but maybe someone has some insight for me here?
