Help I’m terrified!!!!

Ok so I know I’m young and shouldn’t be sexually active ( I’m 14/15 ) but me and my boyfriend had sex. It kind of just happened and we didn’t use protection and now I’m terrified that I could be pregnant. He didn’t actually cum inside me however it was all over me and we continued to have sex like 3 minutes later. And it was also my first day ovulating. What would be the likelihood of me actually being pregnant and I’m looking for honesty not someone to tell me everything is ok, I need to know what the odds of my life falling apart.
