Tubal ligation?

I’m 23yrs of age, 3kids with this pregnancy and want to get my tubes BLOCKED. Not burnt or cut/ whatever. But i just want some advice from women that had the procedure done. I don’t know anyone who has gotten it done and really confused to the pros and cons. But im not second doubting it, this is something i really want.

I had my burned. They were not cut before hand, just burned. So mine is not reversible. The procedure was pretty easy. Done laparoscopically. I actually only had to have 1 incision because of how it was done, normally there’s two incisions. The incision starts about half a cm into the bottom of my belly button and goes down. I was home by that afternoon, little tenderness in my belly the first few days. After that it was only painful if I rested baby on my belly or something. It’s now been 1.5 months since I had it done and the scar is already shrinking up nicely. My incision requires stitches because it was still bleeding a little (it’s normally glued) and my doctor didn’t want me to get a bad hematoma. I do have a little tenderness when I push on the area now but my doctor said that should resolve in a month or two. You’re welcome to ask me any questions you might have. I’m very happy I made the decision to do it.
