Scared to tell mom

Just talked to my mom and told her I’m sick and called off today and she was like do you need me to come to your house how are you sick and when I told her my stomach she said how did you get that? I will come to take you to the doctors. I am 22 and married but I’m like terrified to tell her she always wanted me to wait and this baby is a surprise to all of us ugh I don’t know how to say it she is in the middle of moving and is very busy and I don’t want to uspet her
