Question about a house .

So me and my husband are trying rent a house before people ask why don’t u just buy a house 🙄

No we don’t want to buy yet we want to rent for now until I go back to work currently a stay at home mom

But we filled out applications for a house to rent that meets all our needs we payed $30 each a background check ..

My question is will our chances be low

Because I have low credit my husband has very good credit almost 800 and he makes a good income would me not working and having a low score effect our chances of getting the house ?

We have a clean background both of us .
