What's the best way to remove stains from clothes?

My LO (11 months) has become quite the messy eater and somehow gets food everywhere. I've started taking her clothes off during meals but somehow throughout the day she still manages to get food on her clothes. Looking for recommendations on the best stain remover.

I also like OxiClean Max force laundry spray for extremely stubborn stains, but it gives my son a small rash whenever I use it because he’s extremely sensitive. That stuff works, though!
