One day period what are my chances?

So I usually always get my period regularly every month same time some length. My period usually consist of 3 heavy days and 2 very light days at the end. But this month I had a one day period. I got my period on a Sunday and bled for a day the next day it was gone the 3rd day I went to pee and bled a little then it was gone again and haven’t gotten ever sense. Could it be I’m just stressed? It’s been a week. Could I be pregnant or is a one day period my period?
