Opinions pleaseee

Is anyone on here a veterinarian?! If so can you please tell me if this looks infected or if it is just a shitty ass job at neutering. My dog was nuetured 4 days ago, and when we got him there was some bumps, no straight "cut" but it is what it is, I think it was just a crappy job done.

I did send an email of the pictures to the vet, so I'm waiting back for a response. They close at 430 where I live 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ so I can't do anything until morning.

He doesnt lick it or anything I have shorts over it. Is this just in the healing process??
