Ive applied for the job within my company/team.  I’m a contractor now, applied for the permanent position. Should I tell them at the interview about the pregnancy? Im 11 weeks pregnant now, not showing yet. 
I don’t want to miss the opportunity, but i don’t want to keep it as a secret. nowt sure what is the best way to handle this.

Don’t give them a reason to pass over you. It’s illegal for employers to do that to pregnant women, but they do anyway. At this early stage, before an offer is even made, it’s very easy for them to blame something else. 
Most women don’t even announce at eleven weeks. Keep it to yourself. Don’t ruin your chances. Tell them later on.
