Morning sickness

Help! I have such bad morning sickness that I had to call out of work today due to me not being able to stand without getting sick. I am 3 months pregnant and cant eat more than 1 small meal a day. I've lost 12 pounds in the last month.. the doctor says everything looks good with the baby but refused to give me anything for the sickness (getting a new doctor but my appointment isnt for a while) are there any tricks that helped you through some pretty horrible morning sickness?
