Is it just me or do others think we shouldn't be mourning a probable rapist?

To be clear. I understand this loss must be hard on his family and other close ones and I wish them all the best.
I just don't get how everyone else is so upset and okay with saying RIP about someone who likely raped someone....

Charges were dropped and case was closed! He did not rape anyone! If he really did that then that  woman would’ve kept the charges but since she knew he had money what better way to get something from her spreading her legs to a rich and famous person by spreading rumors when it was consensual? Now where  were all of you people bringing up his past before his death? Y’all want to come out now because he passed away? Let him RIP and go about your day case is closed has been closed for many years now

He doesn’t deserve to RIP because he “probably” raped someone?? You have no proof of that at all. I know a lot of cases go unsolved or people drop charges but that’s a bold way to feel about someone who you literally didn’t know and you’re going off of what “likely” happened but not off actual proven facts. So yes him and his daughter and everyone else who died deserve to RIP.

“Probable”? “Likely”? Yeah you don’t know. Funny no one was talking about this any other recent time he was in the news—he’s been at games, done interviews, camps, fundraising....no posts like this. Now the man has died and to some people that’s fair game I guess. I think it’s a bit gross.

I was never a fan of his but even if he did rape someone that doesn’t mean that his fans, friends, and family don’t have the right to grieve over him. The accident was tragic, nine people died.
