17 week sonogram

I can't seem to figure out why my baby's leg looks like it's connected to its face. I know it's not, baby was moving alot today, but I cant figure out what is going on here. Lol. Or what that little white blob is where I have a question mark pointed at. I didn't notice how strange it looked till I left the doctor. Go figure. Lol..😓😅

I know we're not all doctors on here, but can anyone maybe help me figure it out. Lol.
