So essentially my baby just threw a huge tantrum at dinner because he didn't like what I was serving (spaghetti squash shrimp scampi). He ate the shrimp, ate some cracker and then flipped out at the squash. He cried and clearly wanted more meat but not the squash. I'm just wondering what do you guys do in these situations? End meal time completely or give him something else to eat that you know he'll eat? I don't want to start bad habits by letting him think that crying hysterically will get him something different on his tray but I also don't want him to not eat enough. We ended up just cleaning him up and taking him away from the situation because it was so bad. Feeling defeated right now.
