I am just now starting to wean from pumping. Previously was pumping 4 times a day, not including the 2 breast feeds. Now I’m only breast feeding first thing in the morning and last at night with only pumping right after the first feed and at lunch for only 10 minutes. I’m a super over producer so trying to slowly wean so I don’t get a clogged duct or mastitis..

At what point did you start having your period again?

We are wanting to start TTC this summer but needing a more regular cycle to help figure out ovulation.. it took us a long while to conceive our March 2019 baby.
