Just started but hoping for a miracle

My Finance and I decided that we wants another kid, I have two from past relationships but we decided that we both want to experience having a baby together, he loves my kids like his own but we want another, he has struggled with fertility in his past marriage and she was not willing to try anything, this will be our first month trying on our own but not going to get my hopes up as we both know it would take a miracle bit they happen and we are giving it about 8 months or until we can afford to go to the clinic, but hears to hopping for a miracle!
