Help Ttc

Hello everyone I need some advice, my last ectopic was August 2017 and I had to have the laparoscopic procedure. I no longer have a left fallopian tube and am left with my right side only. My obgyn said since my husband now has 1 testicle due to cancer and I have only 1 working side it would be a miracle for us to conceive. Have any of you had success and if so what did you do to conceive? My age is of course not getting younger and I really am feeling defeated.
