C-section, ectopic, ttc

Hi there,

I had a c-section in October 2017, and I just had an ectopic pregnancy last week removed by surgery along with my right tube. I am still processing everything but because my mind is racing I have a lot of questions and fears.

Every since my c-section I have been afraid of dying during a RCS, but also afraid of attempting vbac and going through labor again just to potentially end in another c-section. After months of trying I finally got pregnant again and unfortunately was ectopic. Also a fear of mine that came true. Now I’m thinking about wether or not I will try again someday. I miss being pregnant and I so badly wanted that baby, so for me I think I may want to try again. However, now that one of my fears came true I can’t help but think my other fear will come true. I am so afraid of not surviving childbirth if I ever am lucky enough to have the opportunity.

Has anyone had a c-section, then an ectopic, and then went on to conceive again and had another c-section? I would love to hear your stories if you have! Thank you
