Csection/induction

I’m currently 31 weeks pregnant I have pots syndrome and is affecting my pregnancy (too much to get into ) but I was told at my last appointment that my baby was breech and had been this way since 26 weeks . (I know she can still flip) but this is my 5th baby and I’ve never had this happen so my question is I’m being induced at 37 weeks but was told I would need a c section if at 36 weeks she hasn’t flipped can a hospital schedule a induction and a c section at the same time just in case ?
