No ovulation and at cd 40

Should I take my progesterone pills to jump start my period? I'm on cd 40 and still no ovulation. 6 days ago I got the right themometer so that's why the last 6 days are not like the rest of my temps. I figured it out what my doctors couldn't. I don't have enough hormones to make me ovulate. My doctor's kept using Ultrasounds to see what's wrong. But never tested my blood. What disorder makes it to where you don t have enough hormones? I NEVER had this happen before. It all changed after my miscarriage on June 25th 2017. I was regular until then. I ovulated on my own then. I was 5 weeks 6 days when I lost it. Now I go from 60-100 days and before then I was 35-42 days
