Taking Cara Babies success?

Anybody used it and it worked? We’re on night 12 and he still takes at least 20 minutes of crying to fall asleep and wakes up at least 4 times a night crying. I’m dying. I hate seeing my baby cry like this but I know he needs sleep. Anybody have some tips?

I might be looking at a different program if that were the case. We’re findjng great success with Little Z’s. I think you’ve just to find what works best for your family.

Are you doing the abc’s of sleep?

I started it around 12-13 weeks but haven't been super diligent. He's 16 weeks now and it's going okay, he hit the 4 month sleep regression last week and wakes up more frequently. Sometimes he can put himself back to sleep but if he's even remotely hungry he won't stay asleep and he'll just keep waking up. I think it just depends on the baby and their needs. If it's not working, try something new! I feel like you would notice if it's working after a couple of weeks?

how old is your babe? my 6.5 week old is starting to sleep 6 hour stretches at night and somewhat eats/plays/naps on her suggested schedule. eats 4oz every 3 hours. i’d say stay patient and keep at it and like she says, give yourself grace :) babies are hard and constantly changing, it’ll get better!
