38 + 4 do you think these are real contractions or BH?

My husband and I had some pretty rough sex (sorry TMI) about 5 hours ago just started having these contractions don’t know if it’s from sex , BH or real contractions what do you think? They’re about 8-11 min apart

My midwife told me if I have 6 contractions in an hour to go to L&D and get checked out.. BH contraction dont hurt its just a tightening of your abdomen with slight pressure and eventually fade.. real contractions start off low like period cramps and radiate upward and around the back, they dont fade away.. they get more intense and closer together.. good luck!
