Baby’s growth

I’ve been for my 2nd growth scan today I’m 32 weeks & 5 days baby is weighing in at just under 4lb , he’s measuring just under 10th percentile . she said she wants to scan me again in 3 weeks and if he’s still measuring under the 10th percentile she wants me to get induced at 37 weeks .

Has anyone been through this and what’s your experience I’m not too worried as this baby is my 4th and I’ve had two 6lb baby’s before but my partner seems to be he’s his first
