When did you start estradiol/estrace and progesterone in your fresh ivf cycle?

My doc wants me to start estradiol 6 days after transfer. Same as progesterone. My previous RE had me start progesterone after retrieval. My lining is super thin and I suggested to start estradiol now - they said no.

Update: my lining went from 4 to 8 in two days. All is looking so much brighter today!

I’d call back and express your concern and have them explain their reasoning. You want your lining to be ready at transfer.

I only had progesterone but my shots started the day after transfer.

I don't have any advice as I'm only just starting my first fresh cycle, but I'm really worried about this too as I've had thin lining. Hope you get what you need and it works out 🙂
