I tried to get my baby to latch on numerous occasions. He just ended up crying and I was in the process of healing from a c section so I’m in pain and drugged up most of the time. I ended up giving him formula and breast milk cause I’m pumping but I honestly feel like giving up and just formula feeding him .

But lately he’s been colicky and crying and I feel like breast feeding will help. I’m just at a lost

He’s a week and 3 days old. Is it too late
