Milk Bath?

Question

So I pumped some milk a few days ago and waited a bit too long to freeze it (it's still in the fridge). Would I be able to use this for a milk bath or should I just dump it? I know all the rules and such for feeding milk, but know nothing of the rules for a milk bath.

Go ahead and use it for a milk bath. I add breast milk to my little girl’s bath at least once a week, or massage it into her hair with coconut oil if I see signs of cradle cap, and it’s wonderful. If there’s ever any leftover in a bottle, I add that to the bath at the end of the day rather than toss it.
