Menstrual cups ??

I’ve just ordered a menstrual cup as I like the idea of it being super eco friendly and cheaper in the long run and that but are the any good, and does it hurt to take them out ? And how easy are they to get in ?

I havmt paid for menstrual items in over 6 years... I have 2 cups I got on amazon.. one in my purse and one in my bathroom.. 6 years of not buying tampons or pads has been AMAZING... saved so much money and my cramps aren't nearly as bad..

I have one and couldn’t be happier with it! Took about two days to get used to it! It doesn’t hurt to take it out but it’s a ... weird feeling. It becomes like a vacuum just before it comes out. But it’s cheap, doesn’t itch like the pads can do  and doesn’t dry up your vagina like tampons do. Highly recommend 🙃🙃

How do you sterilize it? Do you have to constantly boil it? I'm afraid it would cause infections never tried it
