First period after mc 😣

So just recently I’ve had my first period after mc. I expected this period to be more painful than usual, and the day my period came i was in indescribable amounts of pain. Since, my period the pain hasn’t left even though I’m no longer bleeding. On top of this I constantly feel sick and my hot flushes are unreal (and I’m usually always too cold). My body aches from the waist down and I have on and off sudden migraines. Is this normal?? Are the symptoms linked?? Could this all just be an endometriosis flare??
