Possibly having my rainbow baby !!

Hey ladies just wondering if this has happen to anyone I came into the emergency room for pain on my left side they took blood sample and urine the urine came back positive for pregnancy but the blood test showed up negative . They also did an ultrasound and said there’s a saclike structure in the endometrium suggestive of a gestational sac but was out of range for gestational age estimation . Could this be that something is wrong or is it too early last menstrual was 01/09/2020
