Transfer schedule?

What does your transfer schedule look like for frozen 5 day blasts? How long after your period do you actually transfer, and what meds are you taking? Is birth control ever used for the transfer cycle?

It really depends on your FET protocol.
I’m doing a natural cycle FET so I’ll try to break it down 
1. CD1 to CD3 - first scan 
2. CD 9 - they gave me an antibiotic pill 💊 
3. Started testing ovulation using OPK daily 
4. Daily scan at clinic 
5. CD 16 I got my first positive OK
6. Next day I went to clinic as usual they toke a blood test and scanned me, the egg was still there they asked me to come the next day to confirm that I ovulated already.
7.Next day I went to clinic , ovulation was confined and lining was check then they sent me to see a nurse to schedule the Transfer date which will be Friday . 
As for medication I’m only taking cyclogest . Starting today thrice a day. 
So basically, the transfers to be scheduled after you ovulate 5/6 days depends on your frozen embryos.
I’m not sure about the medicated cycle !

I’ve been told to ring on the first day of my period . Oestrogen for a week then progesterone for six days then frozen transfer
