Breastfeeding or formula ?

Just curious which way of feeding works best for you mommas? Fed is best!!

I really wish I could've breastfeed. I was so heartbroken when I stopped trying. I had twins born at 36+5. So they were preemie. They had small mouths and didn't understand how to latch properly. I tried for almost a month. The lactation consultants weren't really helpful. I pumped that whole month too and bottle fed it to them, just so they had a little bit of breastmilk to start. But I still wish I could have. So we did formula :) I just decided to stop exhausting myself with pumping and trying to breastfeed. Me and both babies were getting super frustrated and it would always end in all three of us crying. So formula really saved us.

I had to combine because I didn't produce enough. Hopefully, I can just breastfeed this time, but I'm okay with formula.

I breastfed exclusively until about 3 and a half months. When I went back to work, my supply started to dry up so we started supplementing with formula. Then I started watching what I ate and it dried up even more. Now she gets about 90% formula. I still feed her about once a day at night but it's usually not enough and she still needs a bottle after.
It honestly took a lot off my shoulders. I was going to work in tears because I didnt know if she'd have enough milk to get through the day. But now that she takes formula, I know she will have plenty and I dont have to worry.

Breastfeeding has so many antibodies and it's made just for your individual  baby I encourage breastfeeding  but it's so hard in the beginning and alot of self doubt but everyone is capable with the right support and knowledge  read up alot  about breastfeeding talk to other breastfeeding moms include your husband in the learning join support groups I found alot on Facebook and even here there is a breastfeeding group it's a very rewarding experience

I actually enjoyed both. I breastfed my daughter until she was 8/9 months old, that was the time when I found out I was pregnant with baby #2 and my milk supply was just not enough so o started to supplement with formula and eventually switched to formula completely. This was also super easy since my supply was so low I didn't even have sore or engorged boobs and my girl started to sleep longer stretches at night again. She used to wake once a night then woke every 2-3 because she was hungry and I had no idea why (at that point. I didn't know I was pregnant). So once she got more milk and solids she slept better. Lucky me. It was nice since it gave me some freedom to just go meet friends knowing my partner could just give her the bottle. Pumping never worked for me so I didnt have a stach and baby and partner both relied on me to be back in time for a feeding session. 
Breastfeeding the first few months is just easiest I find since you dont habe to worry about carrying enough formula and bottles, just whip out your boob and your good to go

EBF for 6 months now. Plan on doing a year maybe a little longer. It was a tough start for me. My nipples were bleeding that first night in the hospital. Every latch brought me to tears and I hated my myself for hating it so much. My doctor prescribed a all purpose nipple cream and its was a life saver. It was so exhausting at first but its definitely much easier now! Love feeding my little one its the only time she will cuddle anymore!!!

I’m planning on bf for at least a year. My sister just stopped after 2 months bc her baby wasn’t latching properly so I know there’s only so much I can plan for
