Wanting to spend more time with your partner and being jealous of him spending time with people other than you are different. One is healthy and something you can discuss with your partner about spending what I like to call “quality time together” especially if quality time is your love language and the other is not healthy and can lead to obsessive or toxic behaviors

If it’s excessive then yes. Even if it isn’t excessive I don’t think it’s a big deal if you feel a little sad that he isn’t spending time with you instead. But I also don’t think that should be expressed or brought up to him unless it’s an actual issue.
