Hpv!! LSIL!!!! Suspicious case

Guys me and bf have been together for 3 years we were both virgins and lost our virginity for each other i did a pap smear this month the results came back : i have LSIL cause by hpv!!!!!! I’ve never done anything sexual with anyone other than my bf and he’s telling me the same !!! WTF I can’t believe him i’m sure he cheated on me but he’s insisting that he didn’t touch any other girl before and he’s swearing on his life that de don’t have hpv and he never fucked another girl 😒 ughhhh
