So my baby daddy had made it clear that my daughter isn’t and won’t be his priority before his “thing” and I say thing because they’re constantly on and off always cheating on each other or one or the other and he said that she is his “thoughts” when I confronted him about where tf did the time go that I gave him to process his thoughts and well his answer was “her” as he pointed at her even though they aren’t stable and they never last together when I ran into him she was trying so hard to get back with him proving to him she’s loyal and stuff and ofc I interfered asking about his presence in our daughters life and told him it’s fucked up that he chose this girl as his priority over his daughter so at this point I’m done with wanting him to be a part of her life. I know she’ll be better off with out him and his toxicity. So my question is is there a form I can get him to sign so he can give his rights away for her even if she isn’t born yet? I don’t EVER wanna allow him to break my daughters heart like he did with mine especially because he shows me that his daughter will never be put first and that’s okay but I just wouldn’t ever want him to think it’s okay to come back whenever he wants part of her life so I wanted to take the decision to figure out how to get him to lose his rights to her for good that way I won’t ever have to deal with him anymore or ever let him hurt our daughter in any way. When she’s older of course if she wants to find her dad I won’t hold back but as of now with me only raising her I don’t want any word. So where can I go to get a form he can sign his rights away ?
