This is going to be a stupid question

After a miscarriage everything is making me nervous but when I wiped I had a dog of pink blood it was super small dot. I have a UTI that I’m going to go to the doctors for I thought it would just go away but it isn’t I also just found out I’m pregnant so it could be from either of those right?
