Please help.

How do I know when to get checked I was having pain around my vagina when I would pee but that was It and after I hung up the phone with the nurse I went again and I started to feel kinda burning down there. It was itchy but now it’s just burning and It won’t go away she just told me to keep an eye on it I also noticed that after I pee I feel a pain under my belly. Is it normal at i just freaking myself out? Sorry but I have never had any type of infection that I noticed with my daughter I had one and I didn’t even know Until my daughter came at 35 weeks
