Speech and learning delays...

My daughter is two will be 3 in September and has been going through a early leaning developmental program “speech therapist “ because she still does not fully talk she does say words and has improved since being in the program but now they are starting to suggest she may have autism which is fine we still love her regardless but was wondering what are things that I should be doing to improve her learning more make it less stressful or what can i do to help her in general to begin talking more
